WPF使用resx强类型化资源
晕了 问题很严重 错误

但是我明明加了 名称空间的
 xmlns:resx="clr-namespace:WPFLocationResources.Properties"

x:staitc 写错了，应该是x:Static，并且要保证xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"这个命名空间被引用了
