这个可以修改外观但是对于浏览...无能为力！

我觉得如果是html自己的标签肯定不行了，你自己用text况，然后加个button,写个函数还行
，而且 <input type= "file " 这个东西跟系统语言有关，你是中文就叫浏览，英文就叫browse，想改一下都不行
