在 windows xp   下 用  eclipse 开发  jsp + Servlet web 程序

现在想问下，有什么工具可以跟着程序的运行 一直 监测 例如： 耗时，内存，等等的信息

因为程序要做性能上的优化！ 所以想知道一些 耗时 和 内存 容易溢出的地方!
