mysql中sql语句改成sqlserver语句怎么去写
where   attribute= 'mobilephone '   and                     attributevalue   <>   ' '     and   not   isnull(attributevalue)   and   userid   in   (3)

isnull（）函数返回０或者１可是sqlserver中我不知道该怎么去写，而且我把０或１带进去提示：指定了非布尔类型的表达式。不知道在mysql能不能运行，高手能告诉我在sqlserver该怎么去写吗谢谢！
