Sun VirtualBox 虚拟机运行linux报错了，怎么办
我在点“开始”按钮后，过了几秒后，就出现严重错误

 the guest is trying to switch to the pae mode which is currently disabled by default in virtualbox. 
pae support can be enabled using the vm settings

请问怎么解决哦？

还有，我的电脑是用的无线网络，好像无线网络没办法在虚拟机下运行linux，请求帮助。
