把.Net Framework 3.5改成4.0后，一个本来可以打开的web项目出现了Http 404的错误，各位道友帮帮忙？
下面是出错的信息，我在VM里，windows2003+IIS6.0
Server Error in '/EV100' Application.

一开始Asp.Net是3.5的，因为要测试把.Net Framework版本升级对web项目性能有没有影响或者提升，就把3.5改为4.0了。
请各位前辈给予指教。
