frame页面布局解决方案

frame页面布局
用frame做页面布局，但这样做出来的页面大小只有跟屏幕差不多大，我想让页面像京东商城首页那样的高度可以很大，当屏幕无法完全显示时有滚动条，该怎么办？谢谢，希望能说详细一点，谢谢！
