1、找到SqlOleDb.dll这个文件的物理位置；

2、在开始菜单的运行项 输入：regsvr32.exe C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386\sqloledb.dll（这里的Dll是我本地文件位置)，注册成功后即可连接上
