mysql 开户远程用户

grant all PRIVILEGES on *.* to xxx@'%' identified by 'xxxx';
flush privileges; 

   注：xxx为用户名，xxxx 该用户密码，如果该用户不存在用创建新用户；
       对某个IP某张表如下：
       grant all PRIVILEGES on hello.* to ted@'123.123.123.123' identified by     '123456';
