ORACLE ORA-02097:ORA-00439:的问题
今早发现oracle服务器每日备份邮件发来这样一个错误
Unable to restore resource manager plan to '':
ORA-02097: Message 2097 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ORA
ORA-00439: Message 439 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ORA; arguments: [Database resource manager]

是oracle的一个bug吗？不知道怎么解决，从何调查？

应该是你的某个参数配置错了
